Texas massage shops

Texas massage and spa software

Somavue is launching first with Texas massage establishments, day spas, and bodywork studios. Take online deposits, check clients in, keep therapists moving, and get paid — without another monthly software bill.

From a Texas massage school to your front desk.

Somavue is built by the team behind Healing Hands Massage Institute, where we ran our own Texas massage shop and school for years on software we built ourselves.

Somavue is the second generation of that system, rebuilt from scratch for massage and bodywork shops. It deliberately leaves out school administration — Somavue does one thing: run a working massage practice.

Built to make sense in one pass.

A small Texas shop — massage, day spa, or bodywork studio — should get it straight away: clients book, arrive with their paperwork done, go to the right therapist, and pay without a fuss.

01

Client books

Online booking can take no deposit, half up front, or the full amount — your call.

02

Client checks in

Arrival, intake, guardian consent, and what they have paid are all visible before the therapist collects them.

03

Therapist works

Therapists see who is next and what they need to know, instead of chasing front-desk notes or paper intake.

04

You get paid

Deposits and card payments attach to the appointment and the invoice.

For shops tired of stitching tools together.

Somavue is not a marketplace, a general-purpose till, or a giant salon suite. It covers massage, bodywork, and spa treatments — not hair, nails, or gyms.

Front desk check-in

See who has arrived, who has finished their intake, what they have consented to, and what they have paid — on one screen.

Rooms and therapists

A massage booking depends on who is free, which room is open, and what equipment it needs. The calendar shows all of it.

Your booking page, not a marketplace

Online booking should help clients book the shop they chose, not send them shopping for someone else.

No monthly bill.

Somavue takes 1.0% when a client pays through Somavue. If you don't get paid, neither do we. Stripe charges its own card fees on top.

1.0%

Of what your clients pay. Nothing else.

Booking, check-in, and payments first. Add the rest when you are ready.
